YellowJacket Theme Updated

YellowJacket Theme

I’ve released an update for my YellowJacket Theme with the following problems fixed:

  • Reduced the width of the Comment Form to fit the page better.
  • Fixed the positioning of the footer. If there were no posts or only a short post, the footer was not staying on the bottom in Internet Explorer. This has been fixed.
  • Also fixed the sidebar to make it display correctly in IE6.

As far as I know, that’s all the issues that have come up. If anyone has any problems with it, please let me know. If you download it from the Theme-Viewer site, you’ll now get the updated version(1.1).

    Hello
Between the 10 and the 11 version. Do I just need to change the file Style.css ?
I ask that because I have traduced it in french : http://wordpress-tuto.fr/theme-wordpress-yellow-jacket-184
    Thanks

Yes, style.css is the only file that was updated. Thanks for promoting the theme like you’re doing. I appreciate it.

    Hi:

I just installed your theme and like it very much. I have question regarding the top horizontal navigation tabs.

Is there a way to omit pages from the horizontal navigation tabs. For instance, I just created a useronline page and don’t wish to have a tab for that page in the horizontal navigation area.

I use another theme (Misty) for a different blog and it has the option of excluding pages in the horizontal nav area. It also allows for ordering the pages.

Is there a way to do this with the Yellow Jacket theme?

    Thanks very much.

Hi, it can be done, but you’ll have to edit the code in the header.php. Rather than having the theme list whatever pages you automatically add, you’ll have to list each link manually. That’s what I did with this site.

Thanks for the reply. At the moment, I’m trying to avoid editing code. I made the page private and it no longer shows up in the horizontal nav. It still shows in the sidebar widget and I can access from there.
