Far as I know, they’re all the same with the exception of the Samsung t301g. 3 cent texts.

These phones aren’t a bargain. No free weekend nights or holidays you have to pay for roll over? you are better off getting a cheap, normal phone plan.

These phones are for illegal immigrants and drug dealers.

I was also happy with net10 when I first purchased it. I have had it for over 2 years. The first couple of months went fine, then it seemed like every time I tried to add minutes, I got error messages. I had to call cs, and spend several hours on phone with them, not understanding a word they were saying, and vice versa. Then each time, I tried to add minutes, they had to mail me a sim card, which took 5 to 7 days, along with that, my number would change again! Now they do not even have 150 minutes available. I do not use my phone that often, so more than that is a waste. So, good luck to you guys with no problems, hope you continue with no problems. I am just tired of having to have my number changed, and waiting on sim cards each time I want to add minutes!

well i’ll tell ya one thing, i had net10 for a couple yrs and my wife signed us up for att and im a truck driver and run all 48 lower states and I will be glad when our contract is up with att so I can get my net10 phone back. its the best by far for coverage, and quality i never had to deal with customer service but if it takes a lil hassel its worth it. net10 is by far the best cell provider in this country. I know because i have had them all and i do mean all of them, and the winner is net10 hands down nothing or nobody beats ‘em even their cheap phones work good. my fav is the lg600. 6 more mos and ill be back to net10 and happyness

I can see that you’re pissed off, but that doesn’t make me an employee of Net 10….not hardly. That comment is rather funny. I don’t work for Net 10.

I wrote this post because I wanted to share, what I think, is a good bargain. I’m not claiming to be any kind of authority on cell phone plans, I’m only sharing my own experience, which is that having a Net 10 phone is way cheaper to own and operate than a conventional cell phone plan through AT&T, T Mobil, Verizon, or whoever.

If you go through all the comments on this post over the past couple of years since it was written, nobody seems to disagree with this. Every one either likes Net 10 for the price(like me) or they hate them because they’ve had a bad experience with tech support.

What does venting about tech support have to do with this post? Nothing. It doesn’t change the low cost of using Net 10. I do appreciate you taking the time to read my blog, but please…….how often do you use tech support? Is better tech support worth paying the difference in price(3 or 4x)? It may be to some, but it’s not to me.
