Scroll down to the link to <i>MySQL Administration</i>. This page will show you a table that displays your database name(as in the photo in this post), username, password, and hostname. Sometimes the password doesn't display. If it doesn't, click edit and you can change the password to whatever you want. Having said all of that, I don't think that has anything to do with the install file not coming up. If your domain is pointed to the directory that your Wordpress files are in, the install page should come up. The database info isn't needed until you click "install".
