Adding Asides, Losing Mini-blog

I’m not sure how many people actually noticed the mini-blog I had at the bottom of the page. I don’t think very many, and that’s why I’ve decided to get rid of it, and add the small mini-posts aka asides within the body of my blog. This only adds functionality to my site. Thanks to Daniel Denk for the great how-to.
Hey Anthony how’s it’s going? Actually I didn’t notice the mini-blog here… it wasn’t visible on the rss feed so I guess I missed it. Sorry to hear about your grandmother also, sounds like she had a good innings though.
Yeah, for the Mini-Blog, it was basically just little “tid-bits” and I had the category set to be left out of the feed. That plus the fact it was down at the footer made it very un-noticeable. It has gotten very common to have content in the footer, and I’m not sure why. Thank you for the condolences.
